Cache Valley Cruise In Give Away Car 2010Cache Valley Cruise In Give Away Car 2010

A Great Show and a Surprise Guest from Street Rodder Magazine!

We can’t even imagine putting on an event the size of the Cache Valley Cruise In but to do it year after year and always turn out a successful great quality show is truly a testament to the sheer endurance of the club members who put this event on! Court and I would just like to send out a big thank you to the club for putting on a great event and for all your support of what we do!

This year, as always, the show kicked off with the annual Poker Run to Bear Lake. The weather was perfect for a drive through the mountains and that Poker Run is one of the most beautiful we have been on. Then after a great event sponsored lunch it was back to the fairgrounds to wait for this year’s concert to begin. The 2010 show featured America with very special and talented guest David Pack formerly of Ambrosia! Both America and David Pack were personable and put on great shows. Some lucky fans were even able to obtain tickets to meet both sets of performers before the show. My photos will never be able to capture what a wonderful evening it was in Cache Valley.

Friday and Saturday were Show and Shine days. As always there were some fantastic vehicles showcasing a great deal of amazing talent on display! We would like to thank the Over the Hill Gang from Arizona and the Colorado Cruisers for coming out and supporting the show every year! The folks travel long distances every year to spend their 4th of July weekend in Cache Valley and I think that says a lot about the quality of this show.

Better register for 2011 early this year because word is about to spread about what a quality event Cache Valley puts on. We were honored to have Tim Bernsau from Street Rodder Magazine spending the weekend with us and writing a story on the Cruise In. Courtney and I were lucky enough to get to spend some time with this gentleman and we can honestly say he is a wonderful guy who REALLY KNOWS HIS STREET RODS! We would like to thank Tim for sharing some of his stories and lots of his insight with us and we hope our paths cross again in the future.
