When the Parts Plus Autorama comes to Salt Lake City it can only mean one thing, Cruising season is almost upon us again! As you can see from out photos this year’s show was as fantastic as ever. J.C. Hackett was in the booth for Oldies Productions spinning a great soundtrack for some great times! There were several new Hot Rods unveiled at the show this year. One of our favorites was the Lightning truck done by the Rod Garage; those guys really know how to put a hot rod together! Of course there is no way we could not mention the white Mustang built by Kindig-It Designs out of Salt Lake City …but we think you will see plenty of that car and its builder throughout the year. The Mustang is fantastic but many great looking cars at this show came out of the Kindig-It shop watch for them in the future.
Chip Foose was the celebrity guest on Sunday and we would just like to say that although the line for his autograph was long it was partly because Chip was so warm and genuine and really took a little time with each person that came through the line. We at thanks2frank would like to thank him for autographing Courtney’s coveralls and for being such a wonderful addition to the show.
Speaking of saying thank you, there are so many people that we would like to thank for making the weekend a success they include, J.C. Hackett, The Stags Car Club, Mac Tools, Picture Perfect Embroidery for the embroidery work on Courtney’s coveralls, Bruno Perry Pin Striping and Hugs for Life for hot rodding Courtney’s flash and the entire event staff.
We would also like send out a very special thank you to our very new and very good friend Mo Hernandez. Without Mo’s assistance some of the pictures you see wouldn’t have been possible. We look forward to working with Mo at many shows in the Future.
